Light lemon yellow. Initially still very closed in the nose with pronounced tobacco notes. Opens only after prolonged air contact and then reveals fine pear aromas. Good balance of fruit and acidity, slight bitterness, good length.

Requires at least 24 hours of air in the current condition, better 48 hours. Lemon yellow. Fine spicy, green herb nose with some stone fruit. Much power, perceptible alcohol. At first completely closed, with sweet-sour taste and a little diffuse aroma. Changes with air nearly completely. Suddenly the Spätlese from Bopparder Hamm Ohlenberg shows clear contours, just as if it were a completely different wine. Very good length.

Lemon yellow. Smells like stone fruit and pear. Does not seem to be fully developed at present and still needs a little bottle ripeness. Restrained acidity, unclear contours, but good length and certainly with promising future.
