Nearly opaque cherry red with visible turbidity and slight lightening on the edge of the glass. Balanced nose with roast flavours and sour cherry with a clear ethereal and spicy component. Subtle hints of hazelnut. Sandy to coarse-grained tannins that show presence on the tongue over the entire “race track”. Sweet fruit kernel. Despite all of its power with recognizable elegance (“Hard shell, soft core”). Stable acidity. Excellent length.
