100 % Pinot Noir, disgorged in December 2020. Grayish yellow. Very fine, slowly rising bubbles. Yeasty, slightly vegetal and earthy nose with subtle yellow fruity hints. Finest mousseux. Elegant and delicate, with quite restrained fruit and excellent balance. Excellent length.
