The rating of the wine reflects the mean value from a tasting by our jury.
The wine was evaluated in a blind tasting.
The wine was tasted as a barrel sample or before an official test number (Amtliche Prüfungsnummer or Staatliche Prüfnummer) was issued.
The wine exhibited a sensory abnormality during our tasting. This does not necessarily have to be a qualitative defect or a wine fault. In the case of a qualitative impairment, a devaluation or rejection was made depending on the type and severity of the defect or wine fault.

Lemon yellow. Straightforward Riesling aroma, marked by chalky soil, with aromas of yellow citrus fruits. Appealing incipient ripeness on the nose. Predominantly planty, but also floral hints. Fresh, lively and taut in the mouth, with piquant but well-integrated acidity. Exotic component with notes of passion fruit. Tastes very dry. Excellent length. Unadorned Mittelhaardt purism.

Pale golden copper rosé. At the beginning quickly rising perlage, but calms down after a while. Oxidative, rather closed aroma with discreet yellow fruity nuances. Also primarily characterised by oxidative notes in the mouth. Some liquorice in the finish. Medium length.
