Pale lemon yellow. Herbal, green and herbaceous scent. Also on the palate predominantly with vegetal aromas and an almost painfully extreme herbal minerality. The fruit, if perceptible at all in the form of apple cider, plays an almost negligible minor role. Expressive, strongly polarising wine. Long and persistent.

Pale lemon yellow. Quiet, fine, in every respect prototypical Scheurebe fragrance of blackcurrant. Pyrazine perceptible on the tongue. Herbal finish. If it were a Scheurebe like from a picture book, there wouldn't be the somewhat bitter aftertaste.

Pale yellow. Distinctive “tears” on the glass wall. Ethereal fragrance component in the nose. Next to citrus and mint. Compact fruit, well balanced and on the tongue rather with soft tones. In the end, however, a little well-behaved. Good length.

Straw yellow. Spicy and planty bouquet with subtle aromas of ripe yellow fruits and melon. In the mouth with very good presence and creamy fruitiness. Off-dry taste with a clear but excellently integrated sweetness. Harmonious and with some air without the initial bitterness. More reminiscent of a Chardonnay than a Pinot Blanc. Excellent length.
