Greenish yellow. Fine, slowly rising bubbles. Buttery and herbaceous-spicy fragrance, already creamy on the nose, of honeydew melon. Floral and vegetal component (grated carrot). Continues on the tongue behind a fine mousseux what started in the nose. Creamy fruitiness. Very good length.

Light bronze yellow. Small to medium sized bubbles. Yellow fruity with some nectarine both on the nose and on the tongue. Noticeable organic acidity. Elegant mousseux. Elegant and with very good length. Finishes quietly.
