Light, slightly white-golden lemon yellow. Very fine perlage. Delicate yeasty fragrance. Highly complex bouquet with aromas of wild strawberry, citrus, elderberry, lilac blossom, white chocolate, vanilla and nougat. Finely foaming on the palate, suggesting a longer yeast ageing than actually present. Melon fruity fullness, elegant and in style definitely reminiscent of a high-class champagne. Shows a good tension. Excellent length.

Bright straw yellow. Quickly rising perlage. Complex aromas of smoked bacon, gooseberry, white currant, yellow stone fruit and tropical fruit on the nose. Hints of red berries. Delicately creamy in the mouth, foaming finely on the tongue, green herbs, slight bitterness, very good length. An excellent accompaniment to food.
