Brilliant greenish gold to amber yellow. Delicate tertiary bouquet with hints of the typical tropical fruit mixture of the Roter Hang, but also a little but clear botrytis. The noble rot is reflected in the taste experience in the form of spice and a fine, by no means inadequate bitterness. In combination with fruit and well-balanced acidity, the impression of a ripe pink grapefruit is created on the tongue, which blends into the exotic-spicy aroma profile. Very good length.
