Straw yellow. Viscosity is noticeably high. The nose shows the floral bouquet typical of 2011 and reminiscent of Penaten baby cream with hints of yellow fleshy fruit and nectarine. On the palate very juicy and creamy with moderate acidity. The phenolic component in the background is perfectly compensated by the not too dominant sweetness. Very long and persistent. A remarkable achievement for the vintage.

Lemon yellow. The scent is partly petrol, partly slate, with a hint of starfruit and peach. Juicy and animating opening on the tongue. Pure Riesling fruit, clear contours, youthful freshness, invigorating acidity, very good length.

Sparkling amber gold with high viscosity. Concentrated botrytis scent of partly dried, partly candied citrus fruits. Glides surprisingly light-footed over the tongue despite all its inner density. The appropriately high degree of sweetness can well compensate the dark side of the enormous botrytis load. The acid initially appears very restrained, but in the finish it is well presented. Very long and with excellent sustainability.
