Cloudy and opaque yellow of a lemon. Multi-layered bouquet on the nose, with surprising aromatics of bay leaf, juniper berry and green herbs, in addition to lemon and orange. Complex on the nose, the taste experience continues almost seamlessly in the mouth. Animating acidity. Shows clear sparkling wine character. Very long and persistent.
