The rating of the wine reflects the mean value from a tasting by our jury.
The wine was evaluated in a blind tasting.
The wine was tasted as a barrel sample or before an official test number (Amtliche Prüfungsnummer or Staatliche Prüfnummer) was issued.
The wine exhibited a sensory abnormality during our tasting. This does not necessarily have to be a qualitative defect or a wine fault. In the case of a qualitative impairment, a devaluation or rejection was made depending on the type and severity of the defect or wine fault.

Slightly grey shimmering, greenish straw yellow. Fine perlage. Mineral, puristic apple-citrus scent with subtle hints of vanilla in the background. Fine mousseux in the mouth, on the one hand gripping, on the other hand very well balanced. Excellent length. Needs a little air.

100 % Pinot Noir. Light salmon pink. Extremely fine perlage. In the nose delicate red berry fruit aromas and scent of elderflower and pear. Elegant and light on the palate, literally floating. Fruity and with playful carbonic acid. Ethereal notes in the finish. Very good length. Delicate aftertaste.

Cloudy onion red. Delicate yeasty scent of grapefruit and some strawberry. On the palate with fine carbonic acid and balanced phenolic, which should not disturb even natural wine sceptics. Again clear grapefruit, now completed by the fruit-typical bitterness. Very good length.
