Pale yellow. Reductive fragrance that makes it difficult for the fruit aromas to set the scene. In the mouth recognizably grape variety. Shows a certain spiciness and animation on the tongue. Powerful and with very good length. The evaluation is based on the premise that the reduction note is a temporary phenomenon.

The wine currently needs about 48 hours in the air to get rid of the annoying reduction notes at least to the extent that a look into the future is possible. Lemon yellow in colour, the bouquet is much more open than at the beginning with citrus aromas and a fresh, ethereal component that is most reminiscent of mint. On the tongue, besides the fruit, we also perceive the dense and firm substance of a dry Auslese with a sufficient acidity for the vintage and green herbaceous hints. Good length and persistence.

Lemon yellow. Bouquet with first tertiary aromas. No primary fruit, but buttery aromas and a distinct petrol-note. On the palate with quite dominant sweetness, even some caramel, light phenolic bitterness and good length.
