From Cabernet Sauvignon, disgorged in December 2020. Pale white gold. Medium sized, fast rising bubbles. Noticeable malolactic fermentation of the wine. In the nose notes of caramel and strawberry. Acidic in the mouth. At the same time very present and expressive, more sabre than foil. Good length.

Pinot Blanc cuvée of the 2016 vintage, aged 40 % in wood, 60 % in stainless steel, disgorged in April 2020. Lemon to white gold. Fine perlage. Subtle fruit, quite closed nose with scents of brioche and butter. Fine mousseux, delicately creamy on the palate, very balanced and not at all dry as dust in taste. Goes its own way stylistically. Good length.

Disgorged inApril 2020. Straw yellow. Fine perlage. Bouquet characterised by tertiary aromas with smoky scents of tobacco, mushroom and forest floor. Not mainstream, but quite complex in structure, finely foaming on the tongue, continuing the olfactory perception. Good length. Needs time and follows the concept of a food companion.

Cuvée of 60 % Portugieser and 40 % Pinot Noir grapes from the 2018 vintage, disgorged in July 2020. Salmon pink with some purple. Quickly rising perlage. Intense fruit bouquet of cassis and elderberry, both as leaf and as berry. Also on the tongue with expressive fruit, besides discreet almond and slightly herbal. Fine tannin note. Very good length. Sparkling wine with a high fun factor.
