Cuvée of 50 % each Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir, disgorged in November 2020. Straw yellow. Many fast rising bubbles. Nose dominated by yellow fruity and capucchino aromas with aromas of bitter orange. Ethereal spicy component. Striking appearance on the tongue, both in terms of mousseux and acidity. Slight bitter note on the finish. Very long.

Salmon pink. Fine, quickly rising pearls. Restrained, delicately red berry scent of yellow and red apple, also some apple compote. On the tongue with herbaceous and tart notes, some white chocolate and a slightly bitter component. Good length.

Disgorged in November 2020. Glows in the glass like golden straw. Fine perlage. Smells of ripe yellow stone fruit and also a little of brioche. Clear Riesling wine character with a texture reminiscent of peach skin. Shows a lot of spice on the palate. Elegant acidity. Good length.
