Straw yellow. Many small, quickly rising bubbles. Slightly oxidative scent of yellow apple, nectarine, yellow plum and white chocolate. Fine mousseux. Full of character and gripping, does not shy away from acidity. Distinct herbal spiciness. Excellent length.

Salmon pink with bluish and pink parts. Many small pearls. Aromatic scent of elderberry and partly green, partly red apple. Delicate mousseux. Elegance, harmony and light-heartedness. Animating freshness, good acidity on the finish, very good length.
