Light white gold. Fine perlage. Fruity, rich bouquet of apple, lemon, strawberry, elderflower, pear, pineapple with tropical hints. As in the nose also very expansive in the mouth, but due to the clearly perceptible sweetness the sparkling wine cuvée loses some of its precision. Very good length.

Lemon yellow. Very fine beads. On the nose aromas of cooked pear, pear jam and walnut. Fine mousseux. On the tongue again jam, marked and not entirely harmonious sweetness. Very long.
