Salmon pink. Extremely fine, slowly rising perlage. Red berry, intense Pinot nose with the scent of cranberry. Elegant, in an idiosyncratic style, delicately foaming and beyond that even with a discreet creaminess on the palate. Structure mediating tannin component. Ethereal notes in the very long finish. Remains in memory.

Salmon pink. Very fine perlage. Complex aroma with subtle hints of jelly cherry, pickled strawberry and smoked bacon, but primarily characterised by roasted coffee beans. Well foaming on the tongue, again with the roasted aroma already perceptible in the nose. Enormous length and persistence. A sparkling wine that stands out from the crowd and impresses with individuality and class.
