Full lemon yellow. On the first day, aromas of rhubarb and wild strawberry dominate the bouquet. Only after 24 hours these are largely replaced by grapefruit notes. On the tongue the grapefruit shows up again, which brings a pleasant bitterness with it. A fine sweetness in combination with the elegant acidity on the palate provides a certain tension. Very good length.
