Disgorged in December 2020. Lemon yellow. Quickly rising bubbles. Scent of elderberry, partly as a blossom, partly as a berry, and some grapefruit and strawberry. Initially a little coarse carbonic acid, but then impresses with its balanced aroma and good sparkling wine character. Very long.

Cuvée of 60 % Pinot Noir, 25 % Pinot Blanc and 15 % Chardonnay. Disgorged in December 2020. Delicate rosé. Small bubbles. Red berry scent of lovage and roasted coffee bean. Elegant mousseux, spicy, again lovage and again coffee bean. Buttery fullness. Very long.
