100 % Pinot Blanc. Disgorged in September 2020. Bright golden yellow. Many, quickly rising bubbles. Yeasty, delicately oxidative nose with faint scents of yellow apple and tropical touch. On the tongue with lively carbonic acidity and very good length. Champagne style.
