Golden yellow. Fine perlage. Complex nose with scents of brioche, dried citrus fruits, strawberry and capucchino. Wine turned into foam, elegant mousseux, charged with tension with herbal aromas reminiscent of a not quite ripe strawberry. Herbal nuances in the finish. Excellent length.

Straw to golden yellow. Fine perlage. Riesling aroma marked by yeast and capucchino flavours with hints of pear. Subtle complexity. Herbaceous on the palate, mineral and full of character. Deep. Very good length.

Deep golden yellow. Very fine, still very lively perlage. Highly complex Riesling aroma that already signals venerable maturity in the nose. A hint of smoked bacon, aromas of roasted coffee beans. Excellent in every respect. Great elegance, subtle and expressive at the same time. Vibrant and persistent. Hard to put into words. Excellent length and persistence. Some strawberry in the aftertaste.
